• We go together Real Bad - includes six (6) virtual sessions. Breath workshops and a tantric introduction workshop and positioning workshop. Two in person meet sessions

• Shootin in the gym- includes four (8) virtual sessions. Breath workshops and a tantric introduction workshop and positioning workshop. 2 in person sessions​

 

 

Birth Homie

Support during pregnancy and at the birth. All practices are non-medicinal and centered in ancestral practices tailored to your personal wants/needs and beliefs. All tiers include weekly or bi weekly check ins virtually with Doula. All tiers include Spiritual work and Journal healing Deposit of $300 goes towards the full amount.

• "The Link Up Package" - Three (3) in person visits before the birth and two after. Mother has unlimited access to Doula via text or phone. Out of state is additional.

• "The Hold me down sis package"- Four (4) in person visits before the birth and two after. Visits include meal prep for postpartum care.  Mother has unlimited access to Doula via text or phone. Out of state is additional.

• The after party add on - Postpartum is only for after the birth. services include care for the baby while mom rests or runs light errands. Care for Mom in the healing process. light meal prep for mom and baby ect. Please include specific needs during consultation.

 

Night club security add on - Doula comes to take over nightly duties for new parents to help adjust to baby's arrival. *Newborn-2 mo*

Partner support - This add on is specifically for partners! here I would teach your partner how to help you during birth and after!
